Can I Change Or Amend My Order Once It Has Been Placed?

If your order has been placed through the brand’s website, please contact the brand to change or amend the order as per their policy. If you have placed your order through our order form, you can change or amend your order for up to 24 hours through us by emailing support@www.mashion.pk. If more than 24 hours has past, please contact the brand directly.

Mashion offers seasonal sales twice a year. Register for email updates to be notified when our sale starts, and when we offer further reductions.

Why Am I Not Receiving My Newsletters?

Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, mail from Mashion might be blocked. To unblock, please find a previous issue’s email, unsubscribe from the footer and then resubscribe. To ensure delivery, please add support@www.mashion.pk to your contacts. In case the issue lands in your spam folder or junk folder, you will need to find it and mark that it is ‘not spam.’ If you are a Gmail user, check your ‘Promotions’ tab. Gmail has updated its inbox layout and your Mashion email may be landing there – to move it to your main inbox, simply drag the message from ‘Promotions’.
