These virtual bootcamps are perfect for anyone as you can either choose to join the one before iftar, or the one after. The bootcamps are a combination of HIIT, Pilates, strength training, sculpt and spin classes.

Pilates lab is offering in person classes, as well as an online Ramadan bootcamp that is being held over Zoom. This is a great option for those of you who are looking to workout at home from some of the best trainers in town! If you want to be pushed hard, but yet have the best support system in the form of your trainer, this is the bootcamp for you.

Metafitnosis is offering three different packages for online personal training. There’s 3 days a week package, 4 days a week package and 5 days package as well. Each package has differing charges.
